2025 Qurban Organization
We sacrificed — and it became a celebration!
This year, we carried the joy of Eid thousands of kilometers away. In four different African countries — Uganda, Chad, Benin, and Tanzania — we reached hundreds of thousands of truly needy people in the most remote villages. We delivered your Qurban donations with care to families in need.
We gifted Qur’ans to our brothers and sisters who try to memorize the Qur’an by writing it on wooden boards. We gave the most beautiful Eid gifts — playmates and toys — to children growing up without toys.
Your sacrifices turned into Eid joy in the farthest corners of Africa.
Thank you for your support.
Our volunteer team shared their feelings and thoughts as follows:
Kayahan Albayoglu: "This year, just like last year, has been an unforgettable, eye-opening, and profound experience for me. Seeing the people I met last year again, feeling their warmth and sincerity once more, made me indescribably happy. Seeing those children with beautiful faces carrying pure smiles truly touched the deepest part of my heart and brought me peace and joy.
“Even if I’m far away, my heart is with you, Your every smile brings light to me, My heart is always with you, forever.” Even though there are kilometers between us now, they will always have the most special place in my heart. I wish I could have stayed with them longer, spent more time with them… But unfortunately, it wasn't possible this time. God willing, in the future I can stay for more days, because they are not just a memory for me — they are the very core of my heart. The days of Eid were truly challenging, but with a strong heart and solidarity, we overcame everything. Our team stood by each other like a family. We all came together for a single purpose — and we achieved it. Each one of them is a valuable, noble-hearted person; walking the same path with them has been a great honor for me."
Doğan Durmaz: Being in Africa was a very different experience for me. I was deeply touched by the hospitality and sincerity of our brothers and sisters there. Sharing in their joy through the occasion of Eid al-Adha brought a happiness that grows as it is shared.
This journey reminded me once again of the importance of gratitude and sharing. It was a great pleasure for me to be part of this beautiful initiative. Our greatest prayer is that our Lord keeps us on the right path and accepts all our deeds as good and blessed.
Şemseddin Koytaviloğlu: Since 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to go to Africa five times as a Qurbani (sacrificial) representative. Each time, I returned with emotions that deepened in my heart. The compassion, brotherhood, and spirit of sharing I witnessed there reminded me of the essence of humanity.
The sacrificial animals sent through our donors not only bless the dining tables, but also bring joy and warmth to hearts.
I am always amazed by the warmth and tolerance of our African brothers and sisters. Even with limited means, they carry such big hearts. I sincerely thank all the kind-hearted donors who provide support. Thanks to your contributions, bridges of brotherhood are being built across distant lands, and mercy is coming to life in its purest form.
